Welcome to Tigres Fuego, a vibrant Mexican restaurant nestled along the stunning Pacific Coast Highway in Redondo Beach, California. This culinary gem effortlessly combines the lively spirit of Mexican cuisine with the laid-back ambiance of a coastal eatery. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or indulging in a leisurely meal, Tigres Fuego delivers a refreshing dining experience that will tantalize your taste buds.

Specializing in an array of flavorful dishes, Tigres Fuego boasts a menu that celebrates the rich and diverse tastes of Mexico. Start your culinary journey with their inventive ceviches, such as the Baja Style Rock Fish served with a refreshing medley of pico de gallo, cucumber, and avocado—all artistically plated with a hint of chamoy on crispy tostadas for just $13. This appetizer is a perfect opener that combines the tanginess of fresh fish with the satisfying crunch of tostadas, making each bite a delightful celebration of the ocean's bounty.

Moving on to the heart of the menu, the tacos here are a must-try. From the Baja Fish Taco, which features perfectly battered fish nestled in a corn tortilla alongside cabbage, creamy sauce, and pico de gallo, to the Al Pastor taco—brimming with marinated pork, pineapple, and avocado salsa—each delicious option is priced at a reasonable $4.50. Diners rave about the rich flavors and tender meat found in these tacos, proving that they are indeed some of the best in the South Bay.

For those craving something more substantial, the Cali Burrito is an ingenious combination of flour tortilla filled with beans, cheese, French fries, and avocado, all drenched in a zesty salsa roja and aji verde. Customers like Candice Foy describe it as “sinfully good!” and praise its generous portions, making it both fulfilling and enjoyable without the overwhelming heaviness often found in burritos. It’s no wonder this spot is a local favorite.

The atmosphere at Tigres Fuego is equally inviting. With a casual and friendly vibe, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you step in. The efficient staff, including the charming Coral at the front, ensures that your experience is seamless, from ordering to enjoying your meal on the beach. With limited tables, many guests opt for takeaway to savor their meals while strolling along the picturesque Esplanade—an experience perfectly encapsulated by customer Aaron Palmer, who encourages diners to pick up burritos and enjoy them with a view of the sea.

The respect for local ingredients shines through in every dish, with an array of vegetarian options available, ensuring everyone finds something to satisfy their palate. Take a moment to relish the dynamics of flavors that each recipe brings, infused with creativity and passion from the chefs who craft them.

In conclusion, Tigres Fuego is not just a restaurant; it’s a celebration of flavor, community, and that quintessential beach experience. Be prepared for smiles from the staff, a bustling kitchen, and unforgettable meals that will keep you coming back for more. Make your way over to 1223 S Pacific Coast Hwy, and dive into the deliciousness that awaits!

Yum. Sinfully good! I got Jim Bobs burrito and it has probably one of the best burritos I’ve had. The meat had a nice flavor. Everything was well proportioned so you got a taste of everything in every bite. The size was perfect. Totally filling but not ridiculously huge where you feel gross after. So good. Can’t wait to try the ceviches and tacos next.

Very satisfying breakfast burrito. Got here when they opened and there was already a line. The line did go really quick as the cashier was very efficient. Great flavor, had the right ratio of meat to everything else. I prefer the red salsa, smoky and hot.

Wait in the line (it'll move fast) order a breakfast burrito (chorizo is best, bacon a second best) and walk a couple blocks to the beach and enjoy on the Esplanade. I heard so many good things about this burrito and it did not disappoint! It may be the best breakfast burrito I've ever had. We had four people in our group and everyone agreed. The salsas are so good though the chorizo was so good it didn't even need it. One of the rare cases where the food lived up to the hype.

Civiche was amazing! The burritos are quite large. Decent line when ordering. Only two tables. We were able to snag one, but many others were taking their orders to go.

Tacos were well composed with a range of flavors but an acute spice profile. Meat is tender and rich, and an array of creative vegetarian options are also available. A great stop in Redondo especially while enjoying the gem of coastline.

Our friends brought us to Tigres and kinda hyped it up. And me? Never about the hype but THIS PLACE is IT. So good. Local and comfortable vibes, right near the beach - perfect for a quick pickup. Coral at the front was lovely and accommodating, and the guys are all hard at work cooking up each order freshly grilled. We loved all of their tacos, burritos and ceviche but personally - the Jerk Chicken taco was extra tops. Definitely a must-visit!

Stopped by because I read that they serve the famous Baran 2239 breakfast burritos. Sure enough, they do and the breakfast burrito is as delicious as advertised! It’s on the pricey side for a breakfast burrito ($15 and change after tax) side but well worth it!

Best tacos I’ve had in the South Bay and some of the best in LA. Fresh al pastor is so bomb. The jerk chicken one is also was really tasty. On the weekend you can get the famous Barans breakfast burritos - this place is worth a visit! Delicious and casual
